If you can’t find your assessment under the “Record Form” tab in the Reports Center while running a BDI-3 report in Riverside Score, follow these steps to resolve the issue.


Steps to Locate and Commit the Test Record

  1. Verify the Test Record Is Committed

    • Only committed assessments appear in the Reports Center. Saved assessments must be committed before you can run a report.

  2. Search for the Test Record

    • Go to Child Administration > Search/Edit Child.

    • Enter the child’s name in the search bar and click Search.

  3. View and Commit the Test Record

    • Click on the child’s name to access their test records.

    • Confirm that the test record is committed. Records marked Saved are not committed. If it is not, commit the record to make it available for reporting. 


Why Commitment Is Necessary

The Reports Center only includes assessments that have been finalized and committed. Saved assessments remain inaccessible for report generation until you complete this step.
